We have a unique service contract for our customers. We have our yearly contract on the basis of small consumables and small parts. We make shake hand with our customer if they like that expensive parts such as Turbo, electronic boards, ion source if damage. May not be the part of contract, 90%of the service is require very basic repair or, sometimes a well done PM can let instrument run of years without any issue. So why should company pay for parts which most likely not the cause of regular repair.
